Lauren Groff is the author of seven books, most recently the novel The Vaster Wilds. Three of her books have been finalists for the National Book Award, and her work has been published in thirty-six languages. She has won the Story Prize, The Joyce Carol Oates Prize, France's Grand Prix de l'Héroïne, and a Guggenheim Fellowship, and she was named one of Granta's Best of Young American Novelists in 2017.
