2025 Schools Programme will be launched in early February and the public programmes will be launched in mid-March

Author, Mary-anne Scott, has written six novels, two of which were shortlisted in the YA section, and two in the junior fiction category of the Children’s Book Awards. Her book Snakes and Ladders won the children’s choice award at the 2013 NZ Children’s Book Awards. Her latest novel, The Tomo, an adventure story, based inland from Tairāwhiti, was inspired by the real-life experience of her grandfather.
