Louise Law is a poet, editor, and cultural programmer, born and raised in Hong Kong. She was the editor of the Hong Kong literary magazine Fleurs des lettres and is the author of the Chinese poetry collection Or So It Seems (2016). She has been funded by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council to organize overseas exchange tours for writers, leading tours to the Singapore Writers' Festival (2018, 2019), the Taipei Book Fair (2017 - 2019), the George Town Literary Festival (2023), and visiting Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to organize events. In recent years, she has been actively involved in promoting translations of Hong Kong literature in the hope of making Hong Kong's voices heard by a wider audience. In 2023, she was interviewed by the New Zealand media outlet, Newsroom, about Hong Kong literature.
