AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND

Leading New Zealand chef and restaurateur Al Brown is the author of seven cookbooks, the popular face of TV shows Hunger for the Wild, Coasters, Get Fresh and Dishing Up Australia and is a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for his services as a chef. His book Go Fish won several awards, including People’s Choice and Best Illustrated Book in the 2010 New Zealand Post Book Awards. His latest book is Eat Up New Zealand.
