Historian and social commentator Dr Paul Moon is Professor of History at the Faculty of Māori Development, Auckland University of Technology. He holds several international fellowships and has written numerous books covering nineteenth and twentieth century New Zealand history.

His latest is Auckland: The Twentieth-Century Story, a decade-by-decade immersion into Auckland through last century.
