Christall Raukawa Lowe (Ngāti Kauwhata, Tainui, Ngāti Maniapoto) is an award-winning, seasoned creative, and as a self-confessed “serial entrepreneur” for over 25 years she has established a career as a highly acclaimed food writer and food photographer. In 2022 Christall was awarded the NZ Food Photographer of the Year. Her photojournalistic cookbook Kai was longlisted for the upcoming Ockham NZ Book Awards and shortlisted for the NZ Booklovers Awards.
