Apirana Taylor is an award-winning writer, storyteller, painter and actor. His poetry has been translated into German and Italian and his published volumes include A Canoe in Mid Stream and The Breathing Tree. His new novel Five Strings launches at the 2017 Auckland Writers Festival.
