Start the morning with Atua Wāhine author Hana Tapiata (Tūhourangi, Ngāti Tarāwhai, Ngāti Hinemihi) as she leads you through a gentle morning vinyasa and meditation while sharing some of her inspiration and whakaaro behind the book. All abilities welcome. Some mats will be provided. Please bring along a pen and notebook, though some will be supplied.
